The information shared on this website site represents our preliminary plans and is not a formal planning proposal. Your opinion is enormously important in shaping these ideas into a more developed application that will eventually be submitted to Sevenoaks District Council.

Thank you to those who attended our online consultation on Wednesday 21 July where our team - alongside subject-matter experts - shared our initial ideas on possible future uses of Sevenoaks Quarry, including proposals for possible housing, transport and recreational space, as well as timescales and potential development phases. We listened to your feedback and used your input from this event to revise and shape our plans.

We will be holding a second, in-person consultation on these updated plans on Wednesday 20 October 2021. The event will take place at the Bat & Ball Community Centre, Crampton’s Road, Sevenoaks, TN14 5DN from 4pm to 8pm. This is a further opportunity to share your views ahead of us submitting a formal application to Sevenoaks District Council in the coming weeks.
